I have been very happy with World Gym overall. My first visit a personal trainer taught me proper technique for the machines and gave me a routine to follow based on my needs. I love that they have childcare because my 2 year old son goes everywhere I go. The only problem I have with this gym is that they don't offer "plain" classes. They have yoga, RPM, Body Pump and other such classes but no plain aerobics. I worry that the other classes are beyond my skill level. I think this gym is a good bet for your money.
