This yoga studio just moved to a new location at Scottsdale Rd and Vista (north of Chapparal); which is great, because the new space is much larger than the old one, which will alleviate the sometimes full class con listed above. The studio plays modern music with a nice healthy beat - it's the antithesis of yoga and it promotes a nice balance. Excellent workout and a great way to find peace in your life. The studio has no mirrors, as the focus of yoga is on how it makes you feel, not how it makes you look - which is most important. The teachers are the owners and they know each adn every person by first name - an overall great experience.
