Unlike other gyms that I have attended in the past, when you are in this one, you can actually work out. I have gone many different times in the day and I have never had to wait for any piece of equipment. Also, unlike the the past gyms, you actually work out instead of making into social hour. There are not women in the bathroom putting on make-up to work out and the men aren't grunting as loudly as they can to cause more attention to themselves on the free weights.
