I have a free trial here but don't believe I will continue. There is nobody around to ask about how to use the equipment. Went to a class but everyone there knew the steps and insturctor didn't even bother trying to teach them to me. Tried another class for Sr Citizens but that was just too slow. I am in between since I have never been to a place like this before. The only thing I can do is use the walking track. I think they should have more instructors and people who are more helpful to persons who have no clue as to what to do. They try to get you to sign up for membership right away. I say try the whole complete free membership first as you may find out like I hae that this is not for you.
