I'm so happy I found this little gym. All of the others are gross, over-crowded meat markets. Yuck. At Valencia Street Muscle people just mind their business and do their workout. There's plenty of equipment so I never have to wait for machines. There's a great Yoga class on Thursday nights which is free also.
