the staff here need to be more courteous and friendly - - not that i have plans of making friends with them - - but customers should be treated better. in my experience, staff here only show any semblance of kindness and concern with their clients' needs and questions during the sign-up process (well, the receptionist, whose name i will withold, was rather rude even when i was just inquiring about membership). i have to note that the sign-up process was rather pressure-filled. already a member, i was once interested in signing up for a more affordable plan and instead of speaking with me in a professional manner, the manager got all stern about in front of other employees and customers in the lobby to the point of giving me a feeling of embarassment.
