24 Hour Fitness

I was with this gym for about a year. Never had any problems with the equipment. Terrible customer service though. If you want anything done to your account, you can't rely on the staff to do anything. I had an issue that only the manager could handle and he said he would call me back in 30 minutes. I called him back after 4 hours and he wouldn't talk to me because he was running the front counter. He kept giving me the run around and I ended up having to make a complaint to corporate. They also double charged me one month. Boo 24 Staff.
