Diesel Fitness

I'm 26 and have been working out at this location since I was 12 (World Gym days). Back then it was great. Always tons of people--a nice social setting in itself. It was full of personality and colorful clientel. WWF superstars, sports figures, and more showed up consantly. Whatever it lacked before was offset by the above. It's still the only gym I'll pay for; but it's unfortunate that in such a rich area no one has been able to restore its former glory. I think the new managment should be aggresive as hell in getting people back. Also, the original owners had the greatest Customer Service. You're lucky to get more than a weak smile now. Personality attracts!!!! They have the potential, but they're lacking consitency and customer service--all requisites for success. It takes a person with a deep appreciation for what the place used to stand for to bring it back to the way it was. So get your act together, ASAP!
