ReviewsI absolutely love 123 Fit! The staff is so supportive and they genuinely WANT you to succeed. I especially love the monthly check-ins so that you can actually see progress when you workout. The machines are NEVER crowded as it is a circuit, and the machines are incredibly easy to use. One of the trainers walks you through your first couple of visits and they are always ready to help when you need it. What I was amazed about was how clean they keep the equipment. They are always walking around cleaning equipment, and that is really important to me (I don't really want somebody else's sweat on me!)
