Large, non-busy club with nice stretching/core spa
This 24 hour fitness is excellent because it's fairly new but never crowded. Many families in the area can not afford memberships so there are always plenty of cardio machines open even at peak hours (5-7am and 5-7pm). I have heard that the intermediate step class is one of the best in the Metro area. The AM spinning class is excellent. My favorite part about the gym is the fairly large area of core work. There are plenty of mats, balls and space to work. My second favorite part has to be one of their salesman - a 30something named Jason. Jason is a no pressure salesman. If you are thinking about joining the club, he'll give you a pass to work out for a few weeks without some big, high pressure sales talk. After two weeks, when you know you need a membership, Jason will honestly tell you about the best and worst deals. He is truly awesome.
