Curves helped me to lose over 70 pounds and more than 75 inches in a year time frame. New facility, a little more crowded than previous location but ok (machines are closer together). No locker rooms--just changing rooms, no showers. New stretching equipment. More expensive than normal gym that offers more amenities. Staff on the floor to help you if needed. Good location, plenty of parking. 30 minute workout. Doubles of some machines, never have to wait.
