It's the Mighty Dog of Gyms, because although it is small, there are a surprising number of varied activities you can do, thanks to the creativity of the staff. In addition to a full panoply of cardio and resistance machines, there is a smith machine, a dips/pull-up machine, and lots of smaller toys to play with, such as stability balls and medicine balls. The staff even offers small group exercise classes. There's also a full set of free weights. Staff is very attentive!
Editor: Panoply...excellent word usage. For those who don't know (like myself until 5 minustes ago), it means "a complete and impressive array".
