Signed up telling them I wouldn't be in the area long and they said that it was no problem. Went in to cancel, they said no problem. Ended up charging me for another month and wouldn't let me cancel with the "satisfaction guarantee", even though I signed up with it. They then told me I signed paperwork and initialed it saying that this was all ok. Not my initials at all, mine are WRE, same way I've initialed paperwork since I joined the Army at 17. The paperwork had WE on it in bubbly letters, not my style. No one admits to doing this obviously. I also think they store your signature from that electronic pad and apply it to whatever they want afterwards. Facility was ok. Nothing to write home about, but not bad. When I raised some concerns over the billing I asked in a very calm manner and the staff started getting very irate and was up in my face at points.
