I had a horrible experience with this gym. Not one person that works there seems to know anything. When I signed up I asked for the $10/mo no tanning plan that my fiance was on. I was told that it didn't exist (we thought he got it because he signed up with a group of firefighters). They said the cheapest plan was $20. I signed up and found out almost a year later from another employee that the $10 plan did exist and that the kid that signed me up "no longer works there" (she said it as if he had been ripping ppl off but I don't know for sure). I contacted their manager and headquarters and it took 3 weeks for the owner to call me back. He wouldn't do anything for me except wave the $50 registration fee that they wanted me to pay to switch plans when I had been a member for a year and that was their current advertised deal! I told him I would cancel and he said he would take care of it for me. Except he never did, he dropped me down to the $10 plan. Then they charged me their annual fee! They were very rude every time I tried to talk to them about the situation and are refusing to give me any of my money back. I would NEVER go to this specific Planet Fitness again!!
