ReviewsI moved out of Ames last year, and ARF charged me over $700 in fees for a time when I was not even in town. I had been told everything was taken care of when I moved. I recently discovered that I was still being charged and contacted the general manager, he accused me of trying to scam them and said because they didn't have records of my cancellation there was nothing they could do. Nice gym, bad/dishonest customer service. Never had any problems with them while I was an active member, but this has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Yoga Class
I love the variety of yoga classes. The entire facility is clean. All of the staff is friendly. The swimming pool is very nice. It is definitely a do your own thing kind of place. It doesn't feel like most people are showing off.
