Very unprofessional business.
On my first day I told the instructor I was new to Muay Thai and he shrugged with sarcasm. I had a black eye as a result of not being told how to handle the pads correctly and then almost broke another student's foot for not being instructed how to hold the kick pads (he hit my elbow).
I had a severe, chronicle back issue and despite doctor's recommendation they did not let me out of the contract.
My impression is that they are there for the money only and you are just a number in their lawyers list.
I was so disappointed that I wrote off this loss (6x$130) as a bad mistake to be learned from.

Watch Out - Misleading Contracts
The workout facility itself is fine and the people are great. Watch out though when you sign a contract. I was told that it was a six month contract and after that I could decide if I wanted to continue and pay monthly. I was asked if I could come 3 times a week and meet with someone regarding nutrition, etc. I agreed that I could, but was never told that I HAD to. If you don't go 3 times every week from the time you sign the contract, you are bound to paying them for two years. Had I been told this from the beginning, I never would have signed up, I already went through that with WWW. So basically, they've got you once you sign. If you love going, you're going to go your three times and continue after 6 months. If you don't like it, or physically can't be there 3 times a week, you are stuck in a two year contract. BEWARE!! The facility itself is nice though, so if you don't mind a two year contract, sign away.
