The MAC offers a very nice facility including very well kept tennis courts and outstanding gym equipment. You expect some of the more narrow minded members to exhibit a certain amount of attitude and (unjustified) superiority but this is NOT acceptable behavior for the MAC staff. The fault lies with the management. It's hard to blame the employees (many young). They have to put up with a lot of nasty condescending attitudes and I know that sort of thing is contagious. It's up to the management to explain that an employee that recognizes and rises above this exhibits a superiority that no "big shot" will ever possess.

Staff Not Helpful...
Again, the facilty is very nice, with all new and innovative exercise equipment, but the facility has this "snotty" air about it. It's more a less a gathering place for the "hoity toity" crowd, and the fitness staff models the same type attitudes to boot! The staff stares at clients and whispers amongst their workplace banter, which I find highly offensive and not to mention, unprofessional. The last place you look at someone's physique and then lean over to your friend to whisper is at a fitness facility...not very encouraging. The male staff are too busy trying to be "meatheads" and the female staff are too busy being "catty" when a female member comes in and perhaps has a better physique than them.
