I have been a member at the Pembina Curves for four years + one year at the Waverley Curves in Winnipeg. Overall I have no complaints, but this one thing really rubs me and that's this: Today I went into Curves, Friday (my first visit this week due to ill health) with the plan to go on Saturday, Sunday and Monday to make up the missed days during the week. Only to discover this particular gym will be closed on Saturday and Monday. I certainly can accept Tuesday and Wednesday closures - but either you are in business or you're not. Talking to other members who were exercising at the same time, they felt the same. Why do you do this, [management]? Sure maybe only 10 or 15 go on those days - but we are counting on this gym. We pay our memberships and we need this gym to be open in light of the Christmas decadence that we all fall victim to.
