As a new member at the YMCA Silver Spring, I am thoroughly impressed by their ZERO joiner fee for the month of January 2006! The club has a heated outdoor pool that is open year round, free babysitting while I workout, and not to mention brand new Cybex equipment.
When I went on my tour, the membership guy told me the YMCA just pumped in $1.5 million dollars into getting new equipment!! Also, the classes are phenomenal, not to mention the professional trainers. All in all, a great facilty at the right price!
