MidCoast Pilates offers both group and private sessions in the classical method of pilates. The studio is equipped with a variety of authentic pilates equipment. Sunlight fills the studio. We have designed the studio to be "green". We use all natural cleaners for the mat and equipment, all bulbs are CFB bulbs. We used paint containing low volatile organic compounds (VOC's) as well.
