I enjoyed meeting the staff at this facility, they were all very professional people. However, the owner would constantly walk around the gym talking about her beach properties, etc., and how she needed to get more customers into the gym to pay her electric bill. She was hardly ever available to speak with or to handle customer satisfaction situations that would arise, as validated by her own staff. I purchased a massage gift certificate last year for my mother, as a mother's day gift. After making several attempts to schedule an appointment to no avail, then after driving 20 miles one way twice for two appointments that the masuse didn't show up to, she's had enough. I spoke with the employee on duty at the time, who relayed my message of outrage to the gym manager and owner. I received a call back from the gym manager, but not the owner. However, I was informed by the gym manager that the facility would be closing at the end of this week. Needless to say, after leaving 2 voicemails for the owner personally, along with the other messages left by the employee and gym manager, I still DO NOT HAVE A REFUND.
This lady, should never be allowed to operate another business, and I do plan to report her to the Better Business Bureau.
