Gold's Gym

This gym cound be great if it was not for the constant metal and rock music blasting all day.

This gym has a music system called "clubcom" where people can vote for their music but I later found out that the owner changes the setting so he can hear what HE wants - rock. I find it extremely selfish and why should people line his pocket to hear what he wants. I even spoke to the owner and he fed my some "go on-line and vote" BS.

The staff (some of whom no longer work there) told me that they can't stand the music either. The level of the music downs out my iPod, so I limit my time there or go to the sister gym.

I have traveled to many different Gold's gyms around the country and this is by far the worst when it comes down to it.
