There is no doorbell. No directions on the door as to how to proceed for getting into the facility. I went for a work out on a Wednesday night, I had to stand in front of the double-glass doors for 10 minutes before I was let in by someone who was leaving the building.
This was not the first time that this happened- I had a similar experience two weeks ago when I got there at 7:30. The owner then told me that it had been a problem that she was in the process of working out with the landlord. To add insult to injury when I finally got in at 8:10, I was told by the attendant that I could not work out because the last work-out was at 8 (the place mind-you advertises that it closes at 8:30). She also proceeded to tell me that I should have gone through the yogurteria next door if I wanted to get in.
I love curves. I belong to a club that is closer to my place of work, and was debating whether or not to switch my membership to this club as it is but a few blocks away from my house, but after tonight's experience, I think that decision has pretty much been made. I fully intend to make a formal complaint to the owner about this
Sincerely,
A disgruntled client
