Great equipment; Uncaring staff
The equipment is nice and the facility is large. The restrooms in inadequately cared for about half the time. The classes are very limited, especially to be such a large gym. Staff, particularly management, seem to really care less if members are having a good customer experience (and this is based on experiences over a year). Also, for military folks...Aspen has not been very military friendly, so be sure and clarify the option to freeze in case of deployment.

Seems to be focused more on selling memberships then keeping members happy. I was lied about my contract and billing and was never returned money that was not supposed to be drafted from my personal acct. Pool area is unkept and dirty. Pool itself looked very cloudy. Womens locker usually does not have soap or paper towels. Horrible water leaks in aerobics room. Puddles have to be covered up with towels ( usually by gym patrons instead of staff). Kids Club staff most of the time are understaffed for the amount of children in the area. I would not recommend a membership at Aspen!

FItness
I really like the Apsen club because it has everything that you need to build your muscles and get buffer--for men and Women.  People are really great at Apsen.  Aspen is good working environment.
