This gym has been the worst experience of my life first the gym was not finished so I froze my account. When the gym was finished it was horrible almost like a tomb. When I tried to cancel my account I was told it would be done that day. When I called back after I had been charged I was told I had to fill out a paper. Then when I had sent the paper to the place where it can be cancelled they declined the cancellation because my account was still frozen. I had talked to at least 4 different people and none of them told me it was still frozen. They didn't even know you couldn't get it cancelled if it was frozen. Even once I do get it cancelled I will still be charged for 2 months! This is the worst place ever to get a membership--no one there knows what they are doing. If I could give a negative score I would!
