ReviewsRIP OFF- for starters, the locker room only has 4 showers for the 40 people working out. You'll stand in the locker room waiting on a shower longer than your workout was. I've tried to cancel my account and online is just a vicious cycle. ANYTHING you click on pertaining to your account takes you back to your username and password. The contact us button only gives you the local number, you cannot send them an email. Try it- try going into "manage my account" and let me know if you can do anything other than enter your password again. You can't view your payment history as it states, you cannot cancel your card as it states, you cannot make a payment as it stats all you can do is sit there all day and put in your username and password. I'm canceling my credit card so they don't take more money from me. This seems to be the only way.
Editor: Be careful. Just because you cancel your credit card doesn't mean you aren't still liable for any amounts due under contract. If the gym isn't able to collect dues from you in accordance with the contract you signed, you may be reported to a credit reporting agency.
