They will get you in a contract and then try to make you pay a higher price. They will not leave you alone. Then when you stop going for the remainder of your contract they will automatically renew it. If you go in to tell them not to renew the contract they will smile and say "No problem." And if you don't watch your credit card (that they bill automatically) you will continue to get billed. We learned the hard way when we did not review our credit card bill for which we continued to receive monthly charges after we canceled. We only learned of that when we switched credit cards and got a nasty letter saying we owed them money. Even though we canceled after the end of the initial contract, they continued to bill us. We said that we canceled and they had the nerve to tell us to "Prove It!" How do we do that? Do you have to be wired or video tape it when you cancel? How do we prove that we canceled? Now they call every day and call a few times a day many times. They won't stop. They call and call and call. They insult and threaten us. And they keep increasing the bill every month. In my opinion I will have to sue them for the money they illegally charged our credit card and to get them to stop trying to collect money that we do not owe. These people are crooks and you should stay away from them at all costs or you will pay the price.
