ReviewsI found this to be a very nice gym , which is more than I expected to find in such a small town. I realy like the layout. The cardio and circuit training room is seperate from the free weight area which allowes mor freedom of movement and seperates the gym up so that there are never too many people in one room. The lounge is also seperate and the furniture is nicer than mine at home. The Owners and staff treat you like family eager to help or just chit-chat. The arobic and palites are included with the membership dues for the $10 extra a month for my wife it saves us money on the classes alone. All in all I would recomend this gym to anyone.
With glowing reviews like this we sometimes suspect that management may be deceitfully posing as a member to plug its business. Then we realized that management of a fitness center cannot possibly missell both pilates and aerobics.
