Very unfriendly staff, even corporate staff, they will not smile, say hello, goodbye, or even act as if you were around. The gym is dirty, weights are out of their place and on the floor. The staff that's walking around will not pick them up, they will not tell their members to stop banging and dropping weights, or to pick up after themselves. Had trouble with my billing after I referred a friend and they took a long time to fix it. Most of their group classes are in the morning when everyone is working. Not a good experience at all. I stayed with them for over six years and the last two have been extremely rough.
