Dangerous...
The gym idea is good. You have circuit training and you have the machines set up very nicely. However, they do not personalize the workout. They will set the machines at a level 8 out of 10 for everyone going to workout. They will set them at level 2 other days. This is not only dangerous because of injuries, but it goes against the principles of their circuit training idea since you really don't lift for 30 seconds straight. The staff is friendly, but completely unfit and overweight, they also lack training. They don't really care how you lift the weights either.
