ReviewsManagement is always changing and everything else changes along with it. Staff is always changing. They will bend over backwards to sign you up. But if you're a member with a problem, forget it. They often have to go through corporate to get anything done which takes forever. They have contracts too and they're more expensive than any other gym out there. The only good thing about it is the free childcare and the aerobics instructors. Oh yeah, they like to have male managers (defeats the whole purpose of an all-women's club).
