Reviews

Before going to this fitness center I read the reviews on Yahoo and thought, well it's been a long time since these were written and I desperately need somewhere to work out early in the morning. Because this LOA center was the only one offering classes at 5am near my home I went anyway.

The Yahoo reviews (rating at 2-3 stars) are absolutely accurate - and my experience is that the staff is ONLY interested in getting you to commit to a very expensive membership, they don't care about your own personal needs. I was told I would have an appointment before my classes at 4:45am to discuss membership and the staff member did not meet me at the appointed time. Then when she did come in no apology was given and she was very upset when I couldn't stay after class to discuss membership. The next day when I was unable to come in due to my child being sick, they didn't even ask me how he was, just how soon could I come back in to sign up for membership. I hadn't even completed my free week yet!

It is a very small and yes somewhat smelly workout place and as much as I need to find a fitness center close to home I would rather workout in my own home than be faced with these personalities everyday. Good luck to all of you - I hope you take this review to heart!
