We are a WOMEN'S ONLY fitness center offering 24-7 member access. We provide circuit training with step aerobics in the workout, as well as, free weights and cardio. We offer one year FREE tanning to our annual members or 2 FREE months. We accept members MWF 11am to 6pm TTH 9am to 2pm, or by appt. Once a member, you have 24-7 access.
