Curves is a very friendly, supportive environment to begin or maintain an exercise routine. The staff is knowledgeable and very good with ensuring that the machines are used properly to protect safety of members and ensure an effective workout. The facilities are spotlessly clean. The workout room is bright and sunny. A very pleasant place to visit and workout.
