For a small gym it has great equipment. The gym is not overly crowded and I do not have to wait to use equipment so my workout routine goes quickly. The staff is pleasant and one of the owners is always on the premises to answer qustions. The clientele have changed since the new ownership and the gym atmosphere gets better everry month. It is nice to work out where there is a lot of knoweldge about weight lifting and the staff is not above stopping what they are doing to answer a question or show you how to do an exercise correctly.

Overall facility experience was good but the owner is horrible. I watched him yell at one of his employees until they left the building. I could hear him screaming over my iPod, very unprofessional and a little frightening. After the experience I decided to switch gyms. I say stay as far away from this guy as possible, he is bad news.
