The SYBCG school provides good Martial Arts, Personal Protection, Cardio Kick Boxing and other training for both Adults and children. This is done in a safe and comfortable environment. Our chief instructor has over 30 years in the martial arts, self defense and natural health care area. All instructors have many years of training and certifications.
