Located in a beautiful historic loft, we're a Stott Pilates studio offering group mat classes, private, and semiprivate training on mat and all apparatus. We are fully equipped, featuring Stott Reformers, a Cadillac, Stability Chair and small Barrels. Our instructors have completed rigorous Stott certification courses. We work around your schedule, offering lessons by appointment 7 days a week
