Greenbrier Family YMCA

When they say that their mission is to build strong kids/families/communities my first thought that it was just a slogan. But after taking a tour of their facility I realized that they strive to make an impact on everyone who comes in. I was there during their "No Joining Fee" January special and took a tour one evening with this sweet girl. As she was entering all of our information into the computers another boy who works there was doing everything to ensure that we were satisfied and serviced quickly- from giving us our new member book and setting us up on the Fitness system to talking to my kids about sports and school. He worked well with her to treat us like we were the only ones in the room, while having the same effect on everyone else coming into the door. They greeted everyone and you could tell that they have built relationships with them.

My membership will be good at all of the branches, but I don't want to go anywhere but my Y.
