As an older facility, some equipment is aging but quickly repaired if needed, and the gym is average in terms of cleanliness and atmosphere. Other features include a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, childcare facilities, and an annexed fitness center for members who want to stay close to the children's area. Residents in the Renton Fairwood & Cascade are well-served by Bally's Total Fitness facilities at a very reasonable price at roughly $30 a month for single-club access.
