ReviewsAlthough the gym itself may be nice, this is a terrible company. They closed their Monroe branch without warning and treated the members horribly. Some people who pre-paid their accounts were not refunded. When members called to discuss the situation, this company decided it wasn't taking complaint calls anymore. Although the gym itself may have some wonderful employees, think twice before giving your money to this company.

Renovation is still not ready. Very few personal trainers, only one female trainer. Seems that it may get better as soon as the renovation is finished.
