Club West

I was a member for 2 and a half years. I had to work out of town for about 6 months. I wrote them to suspend my membership. They claimed they never got it, even though there web site confirmed they got it. It was a huge hassle to resolve the situation and get a credit on my card. The facility was nice and I enjoyed it. I had planed on returning again in the future when back in the area, but now am unsure after the poor service. Also the mens locker room is almost always dirty, there is carpet that was very rarely cleaned.

Club West is a great place to work out if you are an athlete or amateur athlete looking to improve at his/her sport. They have many programs that fit everyones needs, it is however a bit dated in its appearance, and cleanliness.
